The views from here are exceptional, the location next to the metro station is marvelous, the rooms are elegant and neat, and the staff at the reception desk are very courteous.

In general, I didn't feel that I got what I paid for. I stayed in many hotels through Booked.net and this is in my opinion the second lowest rated one of the hotels I stayed in (keep in mind, this is in my opinion).

Good quality hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets cater well for western guests. Complimentary airport transfers. Efficient and friendly staff.

No shuttle services to beach and shopping centres are provided by the hotel.

the staff at the reception desk were very polite. Located close to Blue Mountain Restaurant, a lovely and affordable place to eat. 3. the hotel is conveniently situated near the metro station and airport. 4. the hotel is also close to Terminal 2.

Not at all. The hotel is not fully clean especially cigarette ash is everywhere in the room corner. The hotel staff is not friendly face. There is no parking service provided.

The room with 2 single beds was comfortable. Climate control, a safe, and a multi-channel TV made for a very good stay. the central location was a plus.

The comfortable bed and the cool temperature of the pool on the roof!

Getting a drink or coffee at the pool bar was extreemly slow service for only a few people there.

Staff were polite, efficient and helpful and they seemed to enjoy their work.

Some noise from the road and airport traffic but in truth was to be expected being this close to the airport.

The rooms at Abjad Grand Hotel are clean and elegant, each with 2 beds. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, close to a metro station and the airport.

Bugs at the room, dirty towels,damaged shower and noise all the night

No kettle to boil water which was available even in cheaper hotels. I put make up my room tag on the door at 10 am and when i came back at 2.15 pm, still nothing was done. Though the service was ok, talking style need to be improved, not up to the standard of Hotel.

The hotel is safe and has very friendly staff at the reception desk. the location is ideal for exploring Dubai. I stumbled upon a nice Mandilicious restaurant, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

What I liked most about the hotel is the welcoming nature of the hotel staff plus its location

Unfortunately the services and cleanliness are far less than the rates besides the noise that my family and I have to endure every night till 2:00 am or so coming from the different bars inside the hotel
